Diningbycandlelight offers three shipping options, however, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.

Can only be shipped with Expedited service.

Arrives 3 business days, excluding weekends & holidays, when ordering before 1pm EST. (Does not include 24-48hr order process time).
Overnight Arrives next business day when ordering before 1pm EST, excluding weekends & holidays. Arrives 2 business days when ordering after 1pm EST

Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are handled with these simple steps.

*(Product must be claimed for returns or exchanged within 14 days upon receipt of goods.

Customer will not be refunded the original shipping costs.) There will be a 15% restocking fee on all products.

  1. Contact our Customer Service department available Mon-Friday 8am - 3:30pm EST 1-800-375-8023 ext 29. They will confirm return. Please have ready your order ID number & reason for return. You may also e-mail info@diningbycandlelight.com

  2. Allow up to 3 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to card or an exchange made. Please pack item with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage. Thank you.
